Select a service company of your choosing.

Write a 700- to 1,050-word paper using information from the service company you work for, or a service company with which you are familiar.

Develop a central theme for your paper around service operations. Include the following in the paper:

• What is the service that is provided?
• What is your perception of how the service is delivered and the operations behind it?
• In your opinion, how might they improve the service or the operations behind it?
• Define three types of service operations discussed in the reading. Compare and contrast them.
• Does your organization provide all three types, two or just one? Give details to support your answer.
