Choose a specific company that has had at least a 5-year relationship with its CEO. Discuss the structure of the company. Does one person hold the title of CEO and Chairman of the Board or are these roles split? How has this structure worked for this company? If the roles are split, how does the relationship work between the CEO and Chairman? If one person holds both titles, has that structure worked well? What would be the advantages if the company separated the roles?

Write a 5-page paper about your argument in a Word document (or equivalent format) that includes the following:

1. A cover sheet (no abstract)
