The instructions require you to compare various queuing system layouts. Use the Queuing spreadsheet as a “calculator tool” to compare each option – do not attempt to copy and paste the queuing spreadsheet as hidden formulas may not copy properly. Write up an Executive Summary for this Case Study and be sure to include a table summarizing your comparison.
