1) You will create a negotiation problem scenario. You will describe the dispute, the

initial positions of the parties involved and the step-by- step negotiation path to dispute

resolution. You can take examples from the real world like a sports negotiation or the

Chicago Public School contract dispute or you can make up your own scenario. Using

terms of art, ethical analysis and creating a complex problem and analysis will result

in a better grade. This submission should be 2-3 pages.
