Seminal work (I will attach reading material below that) and then Recent Research (I will put those articles below that section) & a paragraph or two for the literature review that was previously completed. (I will put the reasons and what is needed below)

Simal Work –

Take the following articles and to provide a synopsis of all of the articles (these are articles provide the background to continue to research social media in the workplace. How does each article build upon the other article? The ending of the conclusion should take a look and synthesize all of the articles, such as (article 1 believed X and article 2 believed Z – and then do a compare and contrast of the articles. ((Keep in mind the write up should clearly explain why a this problem should continue to have researched) the seminal work articles are the older research that leads to what a problem could be and opportunities.

Recent Research –

This has the same concept as above but with the articles will be some what more recent – again to explain how or what this research has done and what problems may still be present to continue to have problems for continued research in social media in the workplace. Again you will build upon the same info as above I will copy and paste..

A reminder at the end of each section (Seminal and Recent research) – the final paragraph or two should provide a synthesis of correlating what Author/Article believed, and the author believed, and then compare and contrast those articles….
